Our company began in March 2008 after seeing an ever growing need for quality, dependable cleaning service in the Loudon, TN area. I had spent 15+ years in management and customer service growing very tired of the "Rat Race". I was also very concerned with corporate procedures and ethics within these companies. I was in management to make a difference in the general public through listening to the customers' desires and how to get more productivity out of your employees. When the corporate world ignored suggestions and watched turnover go through the roof, I had enough. My Mother had been very ill for some time and the need for help around her home had increased. Dealing with her illness also led me to find out how many more people were struggling with taking care of their own home whether it be due to illness, hectic schedule, allergies, etc.
Therefore, starting my own business to help meet the needs of others, Easy Living Cleaning Service came about to help make someone's life a little easier. My Mother passed away Feb. 9, 2011 yet she and so many others in need helped to inspire the basis of our company and it is our mission to give back in some way and makes someone else's life a little easier along the way.
Madison Medrano
Madison has been with E.L.C.S. for 3 years. With a reputation as "one of the best" by her customers, she is such an outstanding professional and always looking for ways to please her clients. She's not happy unless her clients are happy. Although she is a Florida native, we still plan to convert her to "Big Orange" country!
Kelly Cash
Kelly has been with E.L.C.S. for 5 years! Kelly is as honest and down to earth as they come. She will do anything she can to make her clients happy with their service. With a college degree and professional background, she has come to love what she does and has found more value in helping others. She is a dedicated and valued part of this company. Ashley Miller
Ashley has been with E.L.C.S. for almost 3 years! She is a very efficient cleaner and doesn't waste any time. She gets right to it and doesn't stop until she's done. She has a sweet and loving personality, yet she is very hard working and dedicated to her clients. Mother of 2 boys and is very involved in everything that they do. She's been a wonderful addition to our team and we are proud to have her on board!
Heather Justice
Heather is a young and spunky addition to our team of cleaners. She has tons of energy and has excellent customer service and appeal. She's been in the cleaning industry for a short time, but definitely shows her willingness to learn and devote her time to be one of the best. She's very outgoing and just an all around great person. Glad to have you on board, Heather!
Mariah Lantern
Mariah has been with us a short time, but was referred to us by a long term cleaner. Boy! Were we impressed. She has a background in management and it shows in the way she takes charge of her jobs. She's an outstanding cleaner and has a viral personality. So very proud to have her as an addition to our team!
Tosha Miller
Tosha was also referred to us through a long term cleaner. What an exceptional job she does! She has fit right in with her style and personality. Very hard worker and loves to have fun! She has a winning spirit and is eager to do anything necessary to get the job done. Glad to have you on board!!
Brandi Lowe
Brandi is yet another "welcoming" addition to our list of quality cleaners. She is very thorough in her process and will do whatever it takes to make sure that her customers are satisfied with her work. She has a very outgoing personality and also enjoys spending time with her children and watching them play sports. As a dedicated parent and service provider, she is enjoying the best of both worlds!
Sonya Bohanon
Sonya has many, many years of management experience and working in the public. She has quickly become a favorite among her clients. She has a very determined attitude and will stay on task to make sure her clients know that "she means business". Her and her husband enjoy taking their motorcycle out for a weekend run through the mountains when they can find time to relax. Such a loyal, hard working, and compassionate person, Sonya aims to please and it certainly shows.
Elizabeth "Tess" Blair
Tess has a heart of gold and such a pleasant demeanor. Unfortunately, she only takes clients part-time currently. Although, we would like to talk her into offering her services on a full-time basis, she has other obligations and is just as happy being a part of the company even if it is part-time. She loves to work in her garden and flower bed when she has the time and could probably give a few pointers to those not Blessed with a "Green Thumb". She has superior determination and is ready to take on any challenge that comes her way. This one is definitely a keeper!
Charity Collins
She has been with the company for years and loves the satisfaction she gets from cleaning and taking care of her clients. She enjoys spending her downtime with her family and taking in local school events that her youngest son and grandson are involved in. She's a gem with a heart of gold and is looking forward to helping you with your cleaning project!
